Location: Hybrid (Regular attendance to local hirify.global and/or client offices is mandatory)

What you will do

  • Generate performance reports and provide insightful analysis to improve campaign activity.
  • Manage regular client communications and align strategies with client goals.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and advise merchants on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Recruit and optimize publisher relationships to expand advertiser reach.
  • Develop and present comprehensive client roadmaps and innovative strategies to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure clients are updated on the latest tracking technology and optimisations.

Requirements

  • Experience presenting commercial content to internal and external groups.
  • Proven track record in successful client and team relationship building.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
  • Must be able to attend in-person meetings and local office visits.
  • Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is a plus.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing is highly desirable.
