TL;DR

Transformation National Sales Director (EPM): Expanding the Transformation Practice by driving business development and alliance growth with ecosystem vendors like Anaplan and Pigment with an accent on CXO-level prospecting and relationship management. Focus on accelerating pipeline creation and delivering solution-based selling for enterprise accounts in the $250M to Fortune 1000 range.

Location: Hybrid (United States). Requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a GT office or client site. Must be currently eligible to work in the US; position is not eligible for employer sponsorship.

Salary: $211,600–$317,400

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact sales efforts to expand the Transformation Practice and build a client base.
  • Strategically manage alliances with key ecosystem vendors, specifically Anaplan and Pigment.
  • Execute a "hunter" strategy involving prospecting, qualification, and relationship development at the executive level.
  • Identify viable opportunities by assessing clients' business and technology landscapes.
  • Collaborate with internal and alliance channel teams to qualify opportunities and shape creative solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas within a team-based, complex selling environment.

Requirements

  • Strong record of success in professional services sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of solution-based selling at the CXO level for enterprises ($250M to Fortune 1000).
  • Deep understanding of the EPM and Supply Chain ecosystem.
  • Ability to independently source, identify, and qualify leads.
  • Must be currently eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • English: Fluent spoken and written communication skills required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary professional services firm or public accounting.
  • Prior consulting industry experience or internal consulting role.
  • Ability to develop long-standing relationships to position the firm as a premier partner.
