• Strategically allocate team capacity toward high-priority opportunities to maximize impact across government initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
• Advise senior government leaders on technology adoption, modernization, and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading teams and delivering large-scale solution consulting initiatives.
• Deep expertise in process automation, orchestration, CRM, and modernization.
• Proven track record of partnering with federal, state, and local government agencies.
• Must be based in the Washington, D.C. area to engage with federal stakeholders and work from the main Government office.
• Demonstrated success with workflow automation, AI, and digital transformation projects.
