What you will do

• Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and XBRL filings.
• Provide guidance to LECs and Product Controllers on quarter-end processes and deliverables.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the quarterly review and year-end audit processes.
• Evaluate the impact of new accounting standards and complex transactions on financial disclosures.
• Oversee reconciliation, finalization of balance sheets, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the monthly closing process and monitor firmwide consolidation entries for accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 3+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven experience using GAAP to produce or review consolidated financial information.
• Experience identifying internal control issues and implementing recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Background in participating in internal and external financial audits, including control documentation.
• Expertise in analyzing general ledger and journal entries to compute consolidation entries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and MS Office.
