Senior Financial Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Lead product margin analysis across product lines, sales channels, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze forecast-versus-actual variances and deliver actionable insights to business partners and senior leadership.
• Monitor financial targets with cross-functional leaders and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build executive-facing dashboards and KPIs using financial and operational data.
• Conduct ROI analyses and improve financial reporting through AI, automation, and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong financial acumen, including GAAP, month-end close processes, journal entries, financial analysis, and modeling.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet high-pressure deadlines, and adapt in an evolving environment.
• Strong focus, time management, organizational skills, collaboration, and ability to work independently during peak workloads.
