What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting models to support strategic objectives.
• Lead detailed product margin analysis across sales channels and pricing strategies.
• Perform rigorous variance analysis to identify key financial drivers for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor targets and identify business risks.
• Build executive-facing dashboards and KPIs for real-time financial visibility.
• Conduct ROI analyses on initiatives and leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong financial acumen including GAAP knowledge and month-end close processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Must be based in or able to work from Denver, Colorado.
