What you will do

• Manage annual IT budget development, tracking, and variance analysis.
• Act as a liaison between IT and FP&A to support operational and strategic financial initiatives.
• Perform complex account reconciliations and project costing analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making.
• Support IT personnel with finance-related inquiries including purchase orders, SOWs, and reforecasts.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar financial analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel (including VBA/macros), and ERP systems like Oracle.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial principles within an IT context.
• Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into clear visualizations and presentations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office.
