What you will do

• Lead the delivery of large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects through design, construction, and startup phases.
• Develop technical reports, memos, detailed designs, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project delivery with client interests.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to early-career engineers.
• Support business development by writing technical approaches and preparing client proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to the USA.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Thorough understanding of water and wastewater design (Infrastructure, Conveyance, Pump/Lift Stations).

Nice to have

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or currently pursuing registration.
