Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or hybrid options available in Bentonville, AR; Lenexa, KS; or Dallas, TX).

What you will do
- Prepare and direct the creation of complex design documents, system layouts, and specifications.
- Lead project design efforts from concept through completion, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
- Mentor and supervise less experienced engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and oversight.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to resolve conflicts and coordinate project requirements.
- Perform engineering calculations, research system feasibility, and evaluate equipment applications.
- Act as an Engineer of Record (EOR) when required, taking accountability for signing and sealing project documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural).
- 9-10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Active PE license required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
- Advanced knowledge of A&E industry codes, design standards, and construction processes.
Nice to have
- Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
- Additional certifications such as BEMP, CPD, CDP, RCDD, LEED, or WELL.
