HR Services Advisor (HRTech): Leading consultative conversations with customers to identify HR pain points and guide them toward paid advisory services with an accent on HR consulting and revenue growth. Location: Remote, but must be based in one of the following US states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia

What you will do
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover HR pain points and identify root challenges.
- Manage and advance customer relationships to convert identified needs into paid services engagements.
- Guide customers in prioritizing HR challenges and align them with solutions, including HR Consulting, Technical Services, and Managed Payroll.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CX to refine messaging and increase visibility of service offerings.
- Execute and scale experiments to identify drivers of engagement and conversion.
- Utilize AI tools to improve the quality, efficiency, and impact of work.
Requirements
- Must be based in one of the listed US states (AZ, FL, GA, ID, NE, NC, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).
- Proven experience in HR consulting, HR advisory, or HRBP roles within SMB organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to convert customer needs into paid services and drive measurable revenue growth.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to connect HR challenges to business impact.
- AI proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and evolve workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities with strong follow-through and ownership of outcomes.
