TL;DR
VP of Sales (AI/SaaS): Leading the Americas (AMER) region sales organization, managing a second-line leadership structure across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments with an accent on operational excellence and net new logo acquisition. Focus on scaling revenue growth, coaching sales leaders, and driving the adoption of an AI language platform.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Austin, New York, or San Francisco)
Salary: $425,000 – $550,000 (Base + Commission) + Equity

What you will do
- Lead the AMER region, overseeing 5 Sales Leaders across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
- Drive net new logo wins and expand the customer base across North America, Latin America, and Canada.
- Hire, onboard, and coach sales managers to build high-performing distributed teams.
- Establish scalable policies and processes to support regional revenue growth.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analysis to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize the enterprise segment.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading sales managers in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDICC.
- Experience scaling teams within the Americas market.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills for second-line leadership.
- Ability to operate across diverse cultures and time zones (US, Europe, Global).
- Must be based in or able to work from Austin, New York, or San Francisco.
