TL;DR

Key Account Manager (MSP): Managing long-term partnerships with strategic Managed Service Provider accounts to drive efficiency and profitability with an accent on account growth and partner enablement. Focus on identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, optimizing IT service delivery, and scaling partner operations using hirify.global’s suite of tools.

Location: Hybrid in-office (Tampa, FL or Austin, TX) – 4 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value MSP partners to expand hirify.global's footprint and help them scale their managed services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to MSP owners and technical teams regarding automation strategies and service delivery optimization.
  • Execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies to promote the full product suite, including RMM and security tools.
  • Provide consultative solutions to address MSP business challenges, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track partner performance, pipeline opportunities, and revenue forecasting.
  • Monitor MSP industry trends and competitor offerings to position hirify.global as a critical technology stack component.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing MSP accounts with a deep understanding of their business models and pricing structures.
  • Track record of expanding revenue through successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives within MSP partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex IT concepts into business value for MSP owners.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM best practices.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Tampa, FL or Austin, TX.
  • This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MSP-specific tools such as RMM and PSA, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
