Location: United States (Remote) — fully remote for candidates outside the 30-mile radius of the San Ramon, San Francisco, or Dallas, TX office; hybrid for candidates within 30 miles, requiring 3 days/week in office (Tue, Wed, Thu).

Salary: $123,500 - $191,100 USD

What you will do

  • Craft strategic positioning and messaging to differentiate outbound campaign capabilities and drive sales throughout the funnel for prospects and customers.
  • Define and manage go-to-market strategy for outbound dialer and campaign management products, including launch planning, use cases, customer stories, sales enablement, and adoption.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to create narratives, content, collateral, and training that support acquisition, conversion, and expansion.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to understand rivals’ strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and use insights to shape external communication.
  • Develop sales and customer-facing content (videos, webinars, and product assets) and support marketing campaigns and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with product management as the external “voice of the product” to communicate upcoming features and represent hirify.global at events and webinars.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience (or equivalent) with demonstrated success in marketing CX, CCaaS, or AI technology solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing Management; MBA preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive enablement with customer-facing teams.
  • Detail-oriented fast learner who enjoys fast-paced environments.
  • Work location eligibility: must be in the United States; remote outside 30 miles of the specified offices, hybrid (3 days/week) if within 30 miles.
