Salary: $123,500 - $191,100 USD

What you will do
- Craft strategic positioning and messaging to differentiate outbound campaign capabilities and drive sales throughout the funnel for prospects and customers.
- Define and manage go-to-market strategy for outbound dialer and campaign management products, including launch planning, use cases, customer stories, sales enablement, and adoption.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to create narratives, content, collateral, and training that support acquisition, conversion, and expansion.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to understand rivals’ strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and use insights to shape external communication.
- Develop sales and customer-facing content (videos, webinars, and product assets) and support marketing campaigns and demand generation.
- Collaborate with product management as the external “voice of the product” to communicate upcoming features and represent at events and webinars.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience (or equivalent) with demonstrated success in marketing CX, CCaaS, or AI technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing Management; MBA preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive enablement with customer-facing teams.
- Detail-oriented fast learner who enjoys fast-paced environments.
- Work location eligibility: must be in the United States; remote outside 30 miles of the specified offices, hybrid (3 days/week) if within 30 miles.
