What you will do

• Assist in the implementation and modification of BMS, EPMS, and SCADA systems for data centers.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of critical systems like chillers and power distribution using PLCs.
• Support the preparation and updating of HMI graphics and interfaces for system monitoring.
• Maintain automated controls for fire safety and emergency shutdown procedures.
• Monitor and report on key metrics like PUE and infrastructure performance.
• Coordinate with teams to respond to utility grid events and adjust systems as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a technician working with industrial control systems.
• Experience with Ignition SCADA or similar programming.
• Familiarity with Siemens TIA Portal or equivalent PLC programming.
• Ability to work extended periods standing, in tight quarters, and exposed to noise.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial equipment using IEC 61131-3 languages.
• Experience with hardware from Siemens, SEL, or Rockwell.
• Basic knowledge of HMI development tools.
