What you will do
- Design and implement a ground-up enterprise knowledge framework, including taxonomy, metadata standards, and content architecture.
- Restructure the knowledge base across Confluence and GDrive to ensure content is structured, deduplicated, and AI-ready.
- Establish company-wide documentation standards, review cycles, and ownership models.
- Own the strategy for AI-enablement, ensuring infrastructure supports intelligent search and agentic workflows.
- Define and track KPIs for content health, usage, and business impact.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify knowledge gaps and develop reusable content and playbooks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, digital transformation, or operations.
- Experience designing AI-ready knowledge frameworks and structuring content for machine consumption.
- Strong skills in information architecture, taxonomy design, and metadata management.
- Proven ability to set and enforce enterprise-wide content standards and governance.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must reside in one of the approved US states.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing knowledge bases integrated with LLM-based workflows or chatbots.
- Familiarity with semantic data models or knowledge graph technologies.
- Experience in 0-to-1 environments, such as startups.
- Background in professional services or government technology.
