TL;DR

Manager, Central Operations, Knowledge Management (AI): Building and owning the enterprise knowledge infrastructure to capture and organize institutional knowledge with an accent on AI-readiness and content architecture. What you will do

  • Design and implement a ground-up enterprise knowledge framework, including taxonomy, metadata standards, and content architecture.
  • Restructure the knowledge base across Confluence and GDrive to ensure content is structured, deduplicated, and AI-ready.
  • Establish company-wide documentation standards, review cycles, and ownership models.
  • Own the strategy for AI-enablement, ensuring infrastructure supports intelligent search and agentic workflows.
  • Define and track KPIs for content health, usage, and business impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify knowledge gaps and develop reusable content and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, digital transformation, or operations.
  • Experience designing AI-ready knowledge frameworks and structuring content for machine consumption.
  • Strong skills in information architecture, taxonomy design, and metadata management.
  • Proven ability to set and enforce enterprise-wide content standards and governance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must reside in one of the approved US states.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing knowledge bases integrated with LLM-based workflows or chatbots.
  • Familiarity with semantic data models or knowledge graph technologies.
  • Experience in 0-to-1 environments, such as startups.
  • Background in professional services or government technology.
