What you will do

• Serve as a connective layer across product, finance, go-to-market, and people functions to resolve misalignment.
• Lead end-to-end strategic projects from scoping and analysis to implementation.
• Build analytical frameworks and quantitative models to inform critical business decisions.
• Prepare high-quality materials and narratives for executive, board, and investor audiences.
• Manage the operating cadence of the Chief of Staff function, including strategic planning and quarterly priorities.
• Execute special projects with urgency in ambiguous, fast-moving situations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or internal strategy/operations.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience interfacing with C-suite leadership.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
• Resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable thriving in a high-intensity startup environment.
• Experience with early-stage companies and AI tools is preferred.
