What you will do

• Design and roll out a zero-touch mixed fleet management system for Windows and macOS devices.
• Own the full device lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, and secure offboarding.
• Manage identity and access control using Entra ID, including conditional access and phishing-resistant MFA.
• Develop and maintain security engineering standards, including EDR, email security, and vulnerability management.
• Build an internal AI-powered IT assistant to automate routine requests and self-service actions.
• Create automated evidence pipelines for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance audits.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU
• English: C1+ required
• 4+ years of experience operating modern Microsoft-stack IT environments (Entra ID, M365, Intune).
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or TypeScript and experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong background in security engineering, including EDR, email authentication, and hardening baselines.
• Experience with zero-trust principles and AI-native workflows for IT automation.

Nice to have

• Dedicated Apple MDM experience (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle).
• Experience with ISO 27001, C5, or SOC 2 audits.
• Familiarity with HRIS integrations (Personio) and n8n.
• Experience with device logistics in distributed companies.
