What you will do

• Translate complex reporting needs from senior client leaders and internal stakeholders into scalable data products.
• Partner with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to design and refine innovative insights from client data.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for reporting and analytics tools from concept to launch.
• Establish robust QA, data validation, and delivery processes to ensure data accuracy and trust.
• Define target client profiles and contribute to the overall insights and reporting strategy.
• Drive clarity around metrics, definitions, and data governance across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, data science leadership, or technical strategy.
• Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
• Must be able to work from the New York City office 3 days per week.
