What you will do

• Meet and exceed revenue goals by selling NBC Local, Peacock/OTT, digital solutions, and special event sponsorships.
• Drive new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Develop customized proposals aligning client marketing objectives with on-air, digital, streaming, and experiential products.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Prospect through cold calls and networking, utilizing Salesforce for accurate documentation.
• Analyze market trends and research data from Nielsen and Wide Orbit to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales or marketing with a track record of increasing sales.
• Proven success selling non-linear advertising solutions, including OTT and CTV.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
• Must be willing to work at the Las Vegas station.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of specific broadcast, digital, or OTT advertising experience.
• Knowledge of Nielsen audience data or similar research tools.
• Expertise in creating innovative and high-quality presentation decks.
