Compensation: 42% commission with a bi-weekly draw of $1,500

What you will do

• Conduct on-site inspections and field investigations for assigned residential and commercial property claims.
• Document damages, conditions, and causation indicators through detailed notes, measurements, photographs, and diagrams.
• Evaluate loss facts to support investigations into coverage, liability, damages, and exposure.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with examiners, managers, carriers, policyholders, and vendors.
• Manage field assignments within service expectations, turnaround times, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of field adjusting or related claims experience.
• Active adjuster license(s) and the ability to obtain additional licenses based on territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local and regional travel within VA/MD.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and Xactware products.
• Experience with third-party estimating resources such as Eagleview or Hover.
• Strong investigative mindset and professional communication skills.
