is an AI-native third-party administrator building an automation platform for property and casualty insurance claims, combining agentic AI with expert human oversight.
What you will do
- Investigate auto bodily injury claims across first-party and third-party cases.
- Evaluate damages, liability exposure, demands, and reserves.
- Negotiate with attorneys and drive fair, timely claim resolutions.
- Deliver high-quality service to insurance clients while working with the VP of Claims.
- Identify workflow friction and provide constructive input to improve the claims platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience handling auto bodily injury claims.
- Active adjuster license.
- Experience with demand evaluation, attorney negotiation, and reserve setting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Collaborative, curious, and comfortable working in a changing environment.
- Must be based in the United States.
