What you will do

• Investigate auto bodily injury claims for both first-party and third-party cases.
• Evaluate damages and exposure to set accurate reserves.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys to reach fair resolutions.
• Drive timely resolutions while ensuring a high-quality claims experience.
• Collaborate directly with the VP of Claims to maintain world-class service standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience handling auto BI claims.
• Active Adjuster License is required.
• Expertise in demand evaluation, attorney negotiation, and reserve setting.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
