What you will do

• Take inbound calls and provide technical assistance for recreational vehicle use-related issues.
• Investigate claims thoroughly and verify member eligibility.
• Evaluate customer issues from start to finish while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Manage a high volume of calls using strong communication and customer service skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively while applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• 1–2 years of claims-handling experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard web applications.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• English proficiency sufficient for professional written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of claims-handling experience.
• Bilingual communication skills.
