What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle program execution to ensure the delivery of mission outcomes across data, analytics, and AI domains.
• Manage a globally distributed workforce across CONUS and OCONUS locations, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and performance.
• Serve as the primary interface with SOCOM leadership, TPOCs, and CORs to align engineering outputs with operational objectives.
• Oversee program governance, including cost, schedule, performance, and CLIN-level financial tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery between data engineering, cybersecurity, and product management teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with DoD, SOCOM, and security requirements, including personnel clearance management.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• Must be based in or work from Tampa, FL (MacDill AFB).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of Program Management experience within the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC).
• 3+ years of experience supporting SOF Enterprise organizations (SOCOM HQ, TSOCs).
• Proven experience managing global workforce deployments and OCONUS contractor placement processes.

Nice to have

• Experience leading SOCOM digital or AI initiatives and defining product vision.
• PMP certification.
• Success in recruiting and retaining TS/SCI cleared talent.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with over 200 personnel.
