What you will do

  • Lead the successful delivery of high-complexity customer engagements for the CMEG sector.
  • Guide technical teams through critical architectural decisions and trade-off analysis.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies to maintain project timelines.
  • Manage all program aspects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for customers to ensure rapid resolution of issues.
  • Facilitate goal-oriented meetings and articulate hirify.global' vision to stakeholders and engineers.

Requirements

  • Proven technical acumen and the ability to make sound technical decisions without hands-on coding.
  • Extensive experience managing large, complex engagements and mitigating technical challenges.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with BI, data management, and big data technologies.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple engagements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Must be based in the United States.
