What you will do
- Lead the successful delivery of high-complexity customer engagements for the CMEG sector.
- Guide technical teams through critical architectural decisions and trade-off analysis.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies to maintain project timelines.
- Manage all program aspects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for customers to ensure rapid resolution of issues.
- Facilitate goal-oriented meetings and articulate ' vision to stakeholders and engineers.
Requirements
- Proven technical acumen and the ability to make sound technical decisions without hands-on coding.
- Extensive experience managing large, complex engagements and mitigating technical challenges.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience with BI, data management, and big data technologies.
- Ability to multitask across multiple engagements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Must be based in the United States.
