TL;DR

Location: Must reside in the state of Florida; requires regular travel up to 60% of the time.

Salary: $85,979 – $115,000 USD

What you will do

  • Identify and recruit key independent agents to utilize ISC insurance products.
  • Train agents and agency staff on products and operational processes.
  • Drive new and renewal production within the assigned Central Florida territory.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to implement business development initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the producer marketing database using Salesforce.
  • Facilitate product webinars, website demonstrations, and represent the company at industry trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Must reside in the state of Florida.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the year, including overnights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Experience in the commercial insurance industry.
