Compensation: $52,000 – $180,000 (Base + Uncapped Commissions)

What you will do
- Drive daily field sales to secure prime product placements and reorders.
- Open a high volume of new retail accounts weekly.
- Manage in-store merchandising, including POS, rotation, and shelf facings.
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and B2B operators.
- Execute local sampling events and demos to boost brand visibility.
- Track daily sales metrics and compliance data using a mobile CRM.
Requirements
- Must be based in Worcester, MA
- Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition or field sales (CPG, beverage, or tobacco preferred).
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and manage active daily routes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and proficiency with mobile CRM tools.
- High school diploma or GED.
