What you will do

• Provide end-to-end operational support for Downstream Processing (DSP) production activities.
• Manage and coordinate quality topics including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls from initiation to closure.
• Develop and review production documentation, such as batch records, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Conduct process and quality risk assessments.
• Drive the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements directly in the production field.
• Act as a key interface between shop-floor teams, QA, MSAT, and external technology providers.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in industrial biopharma/biotech production.
• Mandatory expertise in Downstream Processing (DSP), including chromatography, UF/DF, and filtration.
• Proven experience working in GMP-regulated environments.
• Fluent French for daily interactions and documentation.
• Professional English proficiency for coordinating with international stakeholders.
• Strong autonomy and ability to manage multiple complex topics simultaneously.

• Experience in large pharmaceutical organizations or complex industrial sites.
• Strong solution-oriented mindset for managing complex technical and organizational topics.
• Experience in transversal roles interfacing with multiple departments (QA, MSAT, Engineering).
