What you will do

• Audit service quality delivered by partners to ensure compliance with service policies and cost objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with fleet workshops and service providers to facilitate operational alignment.
• Conduct regular field audits to verify FOS data accuracy, fitment policy adherence, and pressure maintenance.
• Monitor casing processes and part-worn tyre usage to maximize asset value and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the onboarding of new PPK business through vehicle inspections and implementation of fleet management solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute service improvement plans based on audit findings.

Requirements

• Valid driving licence required.
• 3-5 years of experience in tyre service, retail, or commercial vehicle tyre management.
• Working knowledge of commercial vehicles and trailers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage KPIs.
• Ability to learn and utilize new fleet maintenance technologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
