What you will do

• Provide process support for medical device assembly, packaging, and solid dosage forms (tablets/blisters).
• Implement new equipment and support new product introductions through risk assessments and trials.
• Lead process troubleshooting and deviation analysis on the shop floor, defining and closing CAPAs.
• Act as Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Project Lead for small-budget equipment modifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Development, and external suppliers.
• Ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes through active testing and equipment optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial production, strongly preferring the pharmaceutical or food industry.
• Expertise in packaging, assembly, or blister lines.
• Literacy in industrial automation (PLC, DCS, HMI) and IT/OT interfaces (VMs, networks, cybersecurity).
• Familiarity with GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV) constraints.
• French: Mandatory for daily communication with local production and quality teams.
• English: Very important for supplier interaction and documentation.

• Experience with Medical Devices or packaging line modernization projects.
• Background in equipment qualification and validation with a process-driven approach.
• Strong sensitivity to product quality, patient impact, and HSE requirements.
