What you will do

• Onboard mid-market clients and teach them how to use external applications and software.
• Manage and implement product integrations while delivering insightful metrics to ensure growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand client revenue through strategic account management.
• Foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales partners to drive upsells and consistent communication practices.

Requirements

• Must be located in or be able to work in Des Moines, IA
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and ChurnZero.
• Strong organizational, time management, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
