What you will do

• Build and automate account management processes to improve communication flows and performance tracking.
• Translate market feedback and creator insights into actionable product direction.
• Increase the effectiveness of creator-driven promotion across social platforms and oversee delivery.
• Coordinate the development and scaling of the Creator Cabinet initiative.
• Centralize creator analytics using internal tools and industry-standard performance systems.
• Monitor and optimize creator payout operations to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Requirements

• Strong command of 1C and advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, dashboards).
• Experience with AI and digital platforms (e.g., Higgsfield, Atlas Cloud) and Superset for KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Slack and Jira.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with diverse personalities.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and solve problems under pressure.
• Adaptability to different cultures and markets in a cross-functional environment.
