What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of large clients independently through the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Conduct regular performance reporting and persuasive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for key accounts.
• Negotiate business terms and drive upsell opportunities to meet strategic goals.
• Optimize campaigns to align with both client objectives and internal performance targets.
• Mentor junior account managers and drive local or company-wide projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management with a focus on large-scale clients.
• Background in e-commerce and/or retargeting.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
• Persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Must be based in Brazil.
