Head of Sales | Program-Ace

Program-Ace is an innovative IT company with 30+ years of experience in software development and a Global Top 100 Outsourcing company (IAOP).

We create cutting-edge digital solutions — from virtual training platforms and digital twins to immersive AR/VR/3D/AI products used by global enterprises.

Our clients include GAP, Deutsche Telekom, Deloitte, Qualcomm, Lenovo, PWC, Meta, BBC, Vodafone, and many other industry leaders.

We are currently expanding into new industries and looking for a Head of Sales to drive growth, lead the sales direction, and help clients unlock new opportunities through innovative technologies and ready-made products.

🔥 Responsibilities:
• Own and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth goals;
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team (Account Managers, SDRs);
• Manage and scale the distributed sales team across Europe;
• Develop sales plans, forecasts, and KPI reporting for strategic planning;
• Personally support closing enterprise deals (€100K+);
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, HR, and Marketing teams;
• Define inbound lead requirements together with Marketing;
• Ensure full visibility of the sales pipeline in CRM systems;
• Build strong partnerships with key clients and new businesses.

🧠 Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in sales/business development leadership roles within an IT services company;
• Proven track record in B2B sales;
• Experience with product-based or ready-made solutions;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving abilities;
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments;
• Advanced English (spoken and written);
• Ukrainian language proficiency is required for internal communication;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Growth-oriented and proactive mindset.
