What you will do

• Own the end-to-end label workflow from request intake through release to production.
• Operate the Rudholm platform daily to manage label templates, versions, and country-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Vendors to collect and validate technical label inputs such as materials and care instructions.
• Coordinate with Creative, PD, and QA teams to ensure label content accuracy and approval.
• Prepare and QC structured data files (e.g., CSV) for upload and order processing.
• Support the rollout of Digital Product Passports (DPP) and QR code enabled labels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in labels, trims, packaging, sourcing operations, or production coordination.
• Experience working directly with vendors and sourcing teams on technical inputs and documentation.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for managing structured data and templates.
• Proven ability to own version control and repeatable workflows with high attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently and prioritize high volumes of work under load.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regional labeling requirements for the US, CA, EU, or UK.
• Knowledge of DPP (Digital Product Passport) initiatives.
