What you will do

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define problem spaces and visualize user opportunities.
• Lead regular user research by recruiting testers, creating materials, and analyzing data to uncover insights.
• Translate research findings into user experience flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Deliver design assets across all platforms ensuring consistency with the brand's design system.
• Partner with engineering and product management to test, iterate, and release solutions into production.
• Manage brand standards, style guides, and other applicable design components.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in interaction/visual design, psychology, human interaction sociology, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio of previous related work experience.
• Proficiency in current design, testing, and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of technical constraints for web and mobile development.
