What you will do

• Analyze and advise warm B2C leads on home battery and smart charging station solutions via phone.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers in the Dutch market to guide them through the sales experience.
• Act as a trusted energy expert by answering customer questions and providing post-sale support.
• Collaborate with the B2C sales team to refine processes and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2C environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
• Ability to translate technical product features into simple, understandable solutions for customers.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a passion for the energy transition.
