What you will do

• Drive revenue by leading discovery sessions, performing product demos, and addressing technical objections to showcase platform value.
• Take full ownership of technical customer inquiries, including RFx processes and questionnaires.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate how products solve specific customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align technical requirements with business outcomes.
• Ensure seamless handovers to Post-Sales Solutions Consultants for successful customer onboarding.
• Collect and share customer feedback to help shape the product development roadmap.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a solution-selling environment or a similar technical pre-sales role.
• Strong discovery and demo skills with the ability to articulate the value of software solutions.
• Knowledge of key technical concepts, specifically APIs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new technologies quickly.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
