What you will do

  • Map prospect ATS, scheduling tools, and hiring workflows to identify specific integration requirements.
  • Develop tailored demo flows and narratives that translate technical configurations into clear business value.
  • Serve as the primary implementation lead to ensure successful Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Own first-pass RFP responses and standardize high-quality technical documentation for reuse.
  • Build reusable technical assets, including architecture diagrams, integration explainers, and FAQs.
  • Facilitate seamless handoffs from pre-sales to post-sales for enterprise-scale customers.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in HR tech, recruiting tech, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Prior experience in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar pre-sales role.
  • Proven track record of supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Deep literacy in APIs, data flows, permissions, and system interactions.
  • Ability to confidently engage and present to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the US.
