B2B Operations Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Berlin, Germany. Flexible hybrid working model subject to team specifications. Relocation assistance is available, including visa support.

hirify.global is a fashion footwear and accessories brand building a global business from an international Berlin-based team.

What you will do

• Own worldwide B2B footwear shipments, including outbound fulfillment, after-sales support, returns, swaps, and customer claims.
• Coordinate inbound processing, system uploads, warehouse booking-in, shipping documentation, customs paperwork, client portals, and 3PL ship-outs.
• Manage the daily B2B operations flow and coordinate with Wholesale, Merchandising, Finance, clients, external partners, and 3PL providers.
• Manage staffing, performance, and holiday planning for two coordinators to maintain uninterrupted fulfillment and operational KPIs.
• Track B2B orders and launch dates, communicate delays proactively, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Improve SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, client onboarding, 3PL relationships, cost efficiency, and ERP data accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management, preferably in fashion, luxury, or consumer goods.
• Degree or professional training in operations, supply chain management, or a related business field.
• Hands-on experience with B2B logistics, shipping, customs documentation, and 3PL coordination.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in G Suite and/or MS Office; Oracle NetSuite or another ERP system is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; German is a plus.

• Experience in the fashion, luxury, or consumer goods sector.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or another ERP system.
• German language skills.
