B2B Operations Manager (Fashion)

Location: Berlin, Germany; flexible hybrid working model subject to team specifications. Relocation assistance is available, including visa support.

What you will do

• Own worldwide B2B footwear shipments, including outbound and inbound flows, after-sales support, returns, swaps, claims, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate communication between Wholesale, Merchandising, Finance, clients, 3PL partners, and internal Operations & Fulfillment stakeholders.
• Manage performance, staffing, and holiday planning for two coordinators while maintaining uninterrupted operations and fulfillment KPIs during peak periods.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation, manage client portals and 3PL ship-outs, and ensure accurate ERP data for forecasting and reporting.
• Manage 3PL relationships, operational onboarding of new B2B clients, regular check-ins, quarterly reviews, and on-site visits.
• Improve SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management. Experience in fashion, luxury, or consumer goods is preferred.
• Academic degree and/or professional training in operations, supply chain management, or a related business field.
• Proven experience managing B2B logistics, including shipping, customs documentation, and 3PL coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for prioritizing multiple tasks during peak periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, stakeholders, and 3PL partners.
• Strong proficiency in G Suite and/or MS Office applications.
• Hands-on mentality with a flexible, proactive, multitasking, and solution-oriented approach.
• Start-up mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or another ERP system.
• Professional experience in the fashion, luxury, or consumer goods sector.
• German language skills.
