What you will do

• Architect and evolve multi-agent orchestration platforms including tool-use pipelines and observability hooks.
• Design and implement low-latency voice AI pipelines including STT, TTS, and telephony integration.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines with advanced retrieval quality measurement and hybrid search.
• Define architectural standards for AI systems, conduct design reviews, and own ADRs.
• Manage the full model lifecycle from fine-tuning and evaluation to production deployment.
• Mentor ML engineers and applied scientists to grow the team's production AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years in ML Engineering, Applied AI, or Research Engineering with 2+ years in a lead or staff-level role.
• Must have legal right to work in the country of application; no sponsorship or relocation support provided.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs in production including fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, and RAG.
• Fluent in Python and core ML stack (PyTorch, Transformers, PEFT/LoRA).
• Experience with LLM inference serving in latency-sensitive environments.
• Strong communication skills for design documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with end-to-end voice pipelines (VAD, ASR, LLM, TTS, SIP/RTP).
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and tool-use contracts.
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or published research.
• Knowledge of quantization techniques and multimodal models.
