What you will do

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy production augmentation and profile models using real survey data.
• Innovate on survey response simulations using open-weights LLMs, custom architectures, or third-party APIs.
• Implement advanced fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA and distillation to optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to ensure the integrity of statistical testing and experiment frameworks.
• Utilize AI-native engineering tools, including Claude Code and agentic programming, to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java is a plus.
• Experience with traditional machine learning (SVM, Gradient Boosting) and LLM architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Databricks and AWS cloud technologies.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
• Must be based in Czechia, Spain, or the UK.
