What you will do

• Design and implement multi-agent architectures using Agno, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Own agent orchestration logic, including task routing, tool use, state management, and human-in-the-loop integration.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines over domain-specific data with strict requirements for accuracy and compliance.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, and deployment of agentic systems.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with leadership to influence the technical roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong Python engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Agno.
• Proficiency in production LLM integration, including prompting, tool use, and orchestration.
• Experience building production RAG systems, including retrieval architectures and vector databases.
• Expertise with agent evaluation frameworks and observability tooling (e.g., LangSmith).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring).

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences, regulated industries, or GxP-compliant environments.
