What you will do

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions for diverse robotic systems to accelerate innovation delivery.
• Build and deploy advanced AI models and architectures to increase production efficiency and operational precision.
• Create rapid prototypes and production-ready systems for robotics and AI solutions.
• Develop synthetic data generation and reinforcement learning pipelines to solve real-world challenges.
• Integrate robotic systems with cloud services to enable scalable and connected architectures.
• Research emerging robotics AI trends and apply modern techniques to solution development.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of software development experience with advanced proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Strong knowledge of AI-based robotics perception, computer vision, and Agentic systems.
• Advanced experience with robotics simulation and reinforcement learning approaches.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS/ROS2, and simulation platforms.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and communication protocols.
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile.
