What you will do

• Proactively prospect and execute deals to expand market presence in South Europe.
• Manage the existing client base to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates.
• Develop and execute business plans to deliver on sales targets.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP processes and maintain sales materials for pitches and demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close new client deals and upsells.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate leads and build partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in institutional financial technology sales or high-growth fintech.
• Fluent in English, Italian, and/or Spanish.
• Strong interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and financial market digitization.
• Ability to travel within Europe as required.
• Proven track record in proactive commercial engagement and business development.
