What you will do

• Manage a team of professional Territory Sales Managers to acquire new accounts.
• Own and exceed defined sales targets over a sustained period.
• Provide monthly forecasting and implement countermeasures for root cause issues.
• Allocate target accounts and assign individual targets and objectives to team members.
• Coach team members using Miller Heiman methodologies and Account Plans.
• Ensure accurate reporting of opportunities and wins via Hubspot.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Proven track record of sustained sales growth and leadership in a relevant market.
• Experience in strategic pricing, large account management, and end-user selling across North America.
• Ability to travel domestically.
• Proficiency in CRM system tools.
