Salary: $126,236 - $214,599

What you will do
- Lead multiple small to medium-sized services and EPC projects for Federal clients, specifically the Department of Defense.
- Drive business development by identifying client requirements and leading the preparation of project estimates and proposals.
- Manage project budgets, costs, receivables, and negotiate contract commercial terms.
- Mitigate risks associated with fixed-price engineering, new technology implementation, and new client onboarding.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Mentor and coach project team members to achieve high-quality results and ensure performance goals are met.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- 10+ years of experience working with A/E design teams associated with the U.S. Department of Defense.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or Registered Architect (RA).
- Experience with AFCEC, NAVFAC, and/or USACE.
- Knowledge and implementation of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and UFC/FC requirements.
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
