What you will do

• Lead multiple small to medium-sized services and EPC projects for Federal clients, specifically the Department of Defense.
• Drive business development by identifying client requirements and leading the preparation of project estimates and proposals.
• Manage project budgets, costs, receivables, and negotiate contract commercial terms.
• Mitigate risks associated with fixed-price engineering, new technology implementation, and new client onboarding.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Mentor and coach project team members to achieve high-quality results and ensure performance goals are met.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience working with A/E design teams associated with the U.S. Department of Defense.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License or Registered Architect (RA).
• Experience with AFCEC, NAVFAC, and/or USACE.
• Knowledge and implementation of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and UFC/FC requirements.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.

• Experience with full design projects using the design-bid-build approach.
