Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in land development.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proven project management experience in the civil engineering sector, focusing on infrastructure and land planning.
• Strong business development skills and a demonstrated ability to generate new business.
