Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Boulder, CO office (hybrid, 3+ days/week)
Salary: $65,000–$80,000

What you will do
- Create and implement strategic sponsorship and marketing opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and marketing to ensure successful delivery of sponsorship commitments.
- Manage sponsorship budgets exceeding $1 million and oversee complex project timelines.
- Provide exceptional service to sponsors, managing expectations and identifying new opportunities for client value.
- Supervise and mentor team members to support professional growth and goal alignment.
- Contribute to RFP development and ensure professional execution of event deliverables.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Boulder, CO area for hybrid office attendance.
- Bachelor’s degree in event planning, marketing, hospitality, business, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in the event industry, with a strong preference for sponsorship, operations, or marketing roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client and vendor relationships.
- Ability to travel to conferences and tradeshows approximately 5-10% of the year.
