What you will do

• Coordinate daily catering operations in collaboration with the Director of Catering Sales.
• Manage client communications, conduct follow-up calls, and represent the club professionally.
• Oversee BEO (Banquet Event Order) processes and coordinate with Banquet Managers and Accounting.
• Resolve catering complaints regarding food quality and service to ensure member satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed sales records and documentation to increase revenues.
• Provide menu guidance to clients regarding ingredients, preparation, and portion sizes.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in catering operations.
• Previous customer service experience in a hotel or country club environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS systems or catering software.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
