Salary: $108,000 – $146,000 CAD

What you will do
- Design and launch new experiments to extend and scale the customer referral program.
- Own channel goals, track performance, and report on key metrics including referral rates, MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Analyze program performance to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and implement new segmentation strategies leveraging customer and data insights.
- Continuously test and optimize referral workflows, incentives, and messaging to enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to align initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software within growth, demand generation, or customer marketing roles.
- Must be based in Canada or the USA.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns.
- Expertise with tools such as Salesforce, Ambassador, Sendoso, Pendo, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategy development.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
