What you will do
- Establish a strong outbound BDR practice for the US market based on proven global strategies.
- Lead hands-on outbound prospecting, including account research, personalized outreach, and booking discovery meetings.
- Test and refine messaging and targeting to optimize resonance with US prospects.
- Identify and engage target accounts and buying committees to build a quality pipeline.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to improve campaigns and outbound effectiveness.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach future BDR hires to establish a high-performance culture in Boston.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales, BDR/SDR, or similar commercial roles, ideally in SaaS or B2B.
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, or coaching business development teams.
- Deep understanding of outbound prospecting, account-based outreach, and pipeline creation.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work from the Boston office.
